This really pretty crystal clear Florentine Number 2, aka Poppy Number 2, depression glass footed candy dish with lid was made by Hazel Atlas from 1932 to 1935. This candy dish measures 6 inches high to top of knob with lid on X 4 3/4 inches in diameter at the widest part. Both the candy bottom and lid are in very good condition with no chips or cracks. $95.00 Although this pattern was officially named 'Sylvan' by Federal Glass Company, it has always been referred to by the collector's name, Parrot. It was produced for only one year, 1931-2, and is scarce today. Offered here is the 10 inch oval serving bowl in amber. There is some very light utensil markings in the bottom of the bowl, otherwise it's in excellent condition. See my other listings for more in this pattern.
